If you would like to rent both cottages in the duplex (#4 and #5) we will discount the weekly rate by 5% If you would like to rent all three cottages for your family we will also discount the weekly rate by 5%.

We require a refundable security deposit of 200. at the time of final payment, this is in addition to the base weekly rate.
Cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival
Less than four weeks notice results in forfeiture of deposit
If tenant found to replace your rent, we will gladly refund deposit to you. ~~Sorry, no pets or smoking ~~

Our cottages usually rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday. June 26-Sept 3, 2010 the rate is 1800 + tax. Before and after those dates in 2010, the rate is 1100. plus tax. During the off season we will rent for minimum three day stays depending upon availability We are sorry but our rates for 2011 are going up which is the first rate hike in 3 years despite our costs increasing each year. The new rates are 1250. plus tax per week off season and 1950. plus tax per week inseason (June 18-Sept. 9 is our inseason)
